I am a Pediatric Nutritionist and Clinical Dietitian, Healer and an eternal positive believer. I believe that “Your best doctor is your own body”. In my practice, I combine the principles of scientific evidence-based research with our traditional healthcare system.

Our Food Curator is here to teach you to make all these at home. You will be taught these recipes which are quick, simple and made from locally available ingredients. This is a hands-on training program from our expert to support you in your health journey.
What to cook tonight for dinner? If this is the question in your mind, our food curator will help you to create a customised menu for your household and as per your taste. Recipes for the same will be shared with you.
